Transactional Analysis

What is Transactional analysis?

Transactional Analysis is a theory of personality and systematic Psychotherapy for personal growth and change.

At the heart of TA’s philosophy is the belief that all emotional problems are curable given adequate knowledge and resources within the proper approach.

Central to effecting personal change is the belief that individuals need to assume responsibility for their own action or inaction, and can make more positive choices about their lives.

It involves the exploration of thoughts, feelings and behavior for the purpose of problem solving or achieving higher levels of well being.
